I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Pereira. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who provided great customer service. The location was nice with a beautiful view and a convenient restaurant nearby. Despite a minor issue with the room key, the manager went above and beyond to make up for it, even driving us into town personally. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short taxi ride away from the town. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the staff provided excellent customer service and were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with great food preparation. the hotel also features a cheap and tasty restaurant just on the doorstep.

The view from the room was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and this hotel is located in a great area for exploring the city.
I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. There was a constant noise throughout the night that made it almost impossible to sleep.

If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place for Christmas holidays, this is the ideal place. the hotel provides complementary hot chocolate and cookies on the first night and breakfast for the next morning, it just makes you feel at home. the hotel is situated in a key location that lets you enjoy the beautiful scenery of the area. the room was very comfortable and provides a warm feeling of a country house.
The hotel can't prevent occasional noise outside, there were some nights with a bit of disturbance due to the nearby festivities. some of the common areas of the hotel looked a bit outdated and could use some updating.

We loved the great attitude and customer service of the staff. The room was clean and big enough with a comfortable bed. The location, while more remote, provided a beautiful city view. We were offered a delicious local Colombian lunch at a neighboring spot while we waited for our room to be ready.
